Thanks people, when Gina decided to buy out Atlas Iron many years ago, the small shareholders got together to try exert some pressure on the management not to hand the company over for a pittance. We created an email address where any shareholder could write and express how many and if they were going to sign their shares over for sale. Regardless, she still bought the company for a pittance but less of a pittance than she would otherwise have gotten it. We collectively have the power to influence the outcome, only problem is there is so little transparency from this board.
