Tell that to the agricultural sector that see their marginal farms becoming unproductive if the temperatures rise a few degrees. We are not talking in a thousand years but within one or two generations. IE. Dalwallinu in WA is a large grain growing district, yet 20 kms away is Wubin and the edge of the grain growing area. Temp difference is about 1c. Many years the farms in Wubin don't get any crop.
Now what happens to the farms in Dally when the temp rises over the next generation to that of Wubin???.
These are not some BOM predictions or that of alarmists.............these are real life examples that I see every year as I travel.
