JAILED former Opes Prime director Laurie Emini has told the Federal Court he and two fellow Opes directors secretly gave the head of Admiralty Resources, Phillip Thomas, 20 million shares in the mining house as ''incentive remuneration'' to get him to work harder and push its share price up.
At the time, Admiralty shares were trading at about $2.70 and today $ 0.013
