Wow, boy there were some scammer directors in hose days, QTK. BQT PCE PUL the list goes on and on, some of the scams were known about by many share holders and asic did zip and they all got away with it. I had a talk to a chairman who sits on the boards of a few listed companies,he said that most are scams, they fiddle around getting the shareholders money to pay them, when they get low out comes another placement. Its just like career politicians, we have career directors who have jobs for life.
