When a company wants to attract instiutional investors there is dialogue prior to a buying all companies major buyers do have an advantage to individual investors and always will, no its not insider trading because it can never be proved, but, one should always take notice of who is buying and at what price .. re. the 604 ..Anyway if investors have good profits at this point put a stop loss at the appropriate level, if you want to take capital gains , or wait for future growth retain your holdings and bank some capital return ....
