This price range (30 to 40 cents) is where it needs to be to put it in line with historical share prices relative to iron ore prices and company profits.
When the iron ore price was above USD200 i was one of those calling a $2 share price and we nearly got there. So i am no bear. But the industry and Grange have fundamentally changed since then in terms of product pricing, input costs and the pellet premium. The share price still hasnt fallen far enough to reflect that change in my opinion.
