You now state that you "don't know the rules" - well others, as well as myself have TOLD YOU what the rules are. Why this continuing charade?
There's nothing wrong with "not knowing" - that's why we have sensible discussions, to seek truth. You have been advised, yet continue along this silly path.
Anyway, I hope you are now suitable informed, and suggest you go to the FIRB's website to truly clarify the law, if you remain "unsure".
I do look forward to PEK succeeding, and I agree that the current exhorbitant delays are puzzling, given the TANZ Government's previous statements. It does seem strange, but my super doesn't need the cash injection for another couple of years at least, so life is great!
