Lol! More than obvious there is disagreement between the signatories. Whilst the Tanzanian Govt and officials always express their appreciation for all of the community work PEK does they certainly don't show their reciprocal appreciation by fast tracking anything in PEK's favour.
We have all heard about the Hare and the Tortoise, with the Tanzanian Govt indicative of being the Tortoise. Slow and steady wins the race! Well, jeez i hope the long termers are still alive when it gets over the line.
