I know its an absolute joke...Spoke with a good friend who owns a litigation firm and he said the losses incurred are not substantial enough to go legal but it is something the ASX would want to hear. He suggested writing a letter to the ASX, which I am doing this morning.
It is such a shame because the deposit/commodity/economics/scale/geology etc makes it so attractive - we just need a good leader that communicates. Perhaps someone a bit younger with more of an apatite...?
In saying that IMO I think they can get the SML/EFA completed now if they wanted to. I think they are making sure that dont get anymore interference from Shenghe before they sign up the SML/EFA......Whats everyones thoughts here?
