Quarterly out soon. Just possibly an announcement of a buyback? Surely going forward it will be a combination of distributions and an ongoing buyback. As i have mentioned before without a buyback i just don't envisage any great momentum in HZN beyond mid to high teens with a slight run up pre distribution every 6 months or so. Essentially a pretty boring stock with limited upside in other words but rewarding all the same (30-40% + return each year)....short, medium and longer term.
This said looking at the numbers, and if they are thinking longer term which they seem to be, they could limit distributions to say 3c per year and buyback around 10 - 15% of the stock each year. 3/4 years time there will be 50% less shares on the market and SP might break out of mid teens to 25 - 35c.
I think this is a distinct possibility...which coincides with them thinking longer term.
