They do in 2 stages so they can easily get funding especially on the size and quality of resources. i dont think funding will be a problem when lithium price pick up. pls took over LRS so i am not surprise PMT will be a takeover target at this level. i wont be shorting at this level. 20% downside vs 100% upside...too risky
