    First convertible note used to kill appreciation of sp the other day, and now a issuance of a second one at 3c.

    This is not management of the company for shareholders benefit. It is management looking after La Jolla's interest before anyone elses. This was evident in the way the it came about when the rights issue was done.

    The price is going back to 3c.
