    Not sure what is happening - certainly does not follow logic - they own 11 million SYR worth 30 million dollars . There are 106 million CSE shares so pre tax that's 30 cents per share. Sure they are burning a little cash with their other investments but still not 13 cents per share worth. Defies logic .
