    Does anyone know what happened today?? No re-financing announcement but 13 mill shares were offloaded. Was that a pre-emptive dump or does someone know something? And why no announcement from the board with the passing of the stated timeframe for re-financing??

    Lastly, does anyone know what asset/liability position the company will be in for the planned $113 mil loan?
