    1. 2% of 500,000 (not an unreasonable amount when talking SMSF) is $10,000 so if your average is $3.6 then your losses are coming close to 50% of your original capital in this stock - that would concern most - I would imagine.

    So ... I think your are right to be stressed / concerned. I would be.

    By the way I have been there - I lost ~$100,000 on one stock in the GFC. I learned some very valuable lessons in that tumultuous period.

    And yes - I think RFG may face further questions around their disclosure obligations.

    2. While the SP has fallen around 50% (using your average cost) to now get that back that SP must increase by 100%. Put simply - if you buy a share for $1 and it sinks to $0.50 that is, clearly, a 50% drop. However, for that same share to get back to your original $1 it must now rise by 100%. Tough gig!
