No announcement and a fairly big fall ? It's either an opportunity or an announcement is about to be made ( possibly the farmout partner walking away ?? ). I do think they have a good plan the execution year on year seems to be slow / laboured.
I see these penny stocks trading at $300M market cap (88E ) which in comparison losers a lot of money is nothing better than a very junior explorer has no production experience.
If the farm out falls over split the company in two and have a expolration and a production company, if the exploration finds something great but the exploration is holding back the producing assets paying the shareholders anything.
Otherwise I think this company may take 4-6 years to actually do what is planned inside of two years.
My boss would not put up with it why should the shareholders....plenty of opportunity out there - elsewhere !
