Q4 2008 Undertake drilling program to confirm resource/reserves - yes happened.
Q1 2009 Undertake construction of 30km pipeline - pretty sure this hasn't even started yet? 1 year late.
Q1 2009 Undertake 3D seismic survey over western portion of field - happening within a few months? 1 year late.
Q3 2009 Begin production of natural gas. - already 3 months behind? who knows when this will be.
how on earth did tsv/latent fall so behind with all their deadlines, even if w3 isnt producing, shouldn't they have been working on all their other requirements. seriously, after the bad news way back when, what have they really been doing for the last 4-6 months.
