Not the 30th yet so why would you expect a 'bit by bit' update! Need to go back and actually read the announcements put out by this company and it will answer your question completely. As for the $25 million funding surely all information on this is in the market as per corporate governance obligations, and I would expect it would take at least a month to organise fully after MOU are initially signed.
Always great to see stock holders tearing into a company when a share price goes down - do you seriously believe MDA has been selling shares, or is it actually people who got them at premiums plus the day traders who usually stuff the market in the short term.
DYOR, but do it well!!! Ask the right people, learn about any and all companys you invest in, don't invest in speculative stock unless you can afford to lose your investment. You don't have to speak with the company to get updates, they have a requirement to advise the market by law. Or you could turn up at one of the meetings held by the company and ask a question or two?
