I may or may not be dreaming but not having taken out some before doesn't preclude it in the future.
Can you give the examples of agreements and not taking out.
Are you talking of BioMS and TransPharma?
Sure agreements, but neither has delivered a marketable drug as has ACRUX. So comparison would seem mute.
Now depending on how technical you want to be on terms, but Lily had agreements with SGX Pharmaceuticals and another called Icos to develop drugs. Both of which they subsequently acquired.
