Work also continued during the Quarter to secure all necessary licenses, permits and other requirements as considered necessary for Sultan to develop a mine at Peelwood.

This process is being managed by a third party consultant acting on behalf of the Company and will continue in the current Quarter.

Sultan is confident that this process can be successfully managed, although it is difficult to estimate at timeline to completion at this stage.
