Someone has lost their nerve and dumping big today.. and 5c SPP is looking very likely..
Check the 2012 annual report... and you will see more than 150mil performance options have been converted for < 2c since 2010.
I guess only the shareholders of yesteryear, and those performance shares can be sold at the current price.
The rest are on big paper lost.. Good luck.
