Even more alarming is businesses of this nature tends to panic when they are under pressure and "buy" projects through ultra low margins. If we see a large project win by Decmil in the near future it is likely to be one of high financial risk to the company and you may then see its negative impact in 12 months.
I tip the company at 50c in next 5 months at the latest.
