In a regulated environment, IOTA would have been required to provide clarification the partnership was not intact a partnership... Instead in this unregulated environment they sit back and let their market cap quadruple. If regulated I doubt most coins (not talking IOTA) would still exist.. Their accounts would be extremely questionable and plenty of creators would have dumped their coins on market at the first little pump.
Upon saying that currently selling some Dragonchain from the ICO for 10+ bags as we speak, I've got no problem making money off people dumping their money into the market not understanding the first thing about investing.
