Just some info on BLR ... As Macrae said forget pre-2004 ... It is a new entity in many ways.

Why is everyone bullish:

*Black range is currently involved with a significant company, Uranerz, in 2 uranium J/V’s in the USA

* Unlike some US states, where uranium mining is frowned upon, or banned, Wyoming & Colorado welcomes the industry with open arms.

*As previously announced, the Cyclone Rim & Eagle Projects both have deposits that are open in BOTH directions along strike. The company is targeting higher grade extensions, which they feel exist. In Cyclone Rim only 3 of the 6 mineralized zones have so far been drilled. In the Eagle Project only 3 of the 4 mineralized targets have been drilled. The mineralized trend was only "lightly drilled" in the 70's. "Considerable potential" exists with both these projects.

*These 2 projects are just a stepping-stone for BLR ... they have now added the significant Taylor Ranch uranium projects.

* At Taylor Ranch Deposit (100% BLR) in Colorado, Previous explorers have only properly drilled ONE target, another EIGHT mineralized target have got "ore-grade mineralization" but have never been followed-up! As announced, this deposit has the potential to yield 15 million lbs of uranium:
1] This project is at an "advanced" stage
2] JORC early 2007
3] Conceivably in production in "near future ... There is a mill close by in Canon City

*The Company has just completed a number of broker roadshows which has produced increased interest in Black Range among the investment community

*As announced, we also have two HIGHLY prospective copper projects, both of which have the potential to be company makers

*It is the directors view that the market is beginning to realize that Black Range is vastly under priced in comparison to its peers.

*They are in current negotiations for further high grade projects in the US
