Could not agree more Preempt, $70 mill is a lot of cash it will give range the opportunity to go alone in some development, in the long run far better off having the options excercised.
If they are not excercised it will be no different with dilution as there would be one cap raing after another to keep a float. Excercising them means range control their own destiny.
