    BPC didn't make the big profit improvements that everyone was expecting. It was a bit ramped on what a hatchet job Hart would do to the costs and how that would translate into profits. Mergers of large organisations are complex things and often take a couple of years to fully gain the benefits of synergies regardless how good the board and top level management are.

    If the world economy picks up more pace, that should be very beneficial to BPC. So I believe that BPC is still a good longer term buy especially at the current share price of 67c.
