Buyers just helped some startup capitial player to unload a few million of their 1.2 cent shares for a handsome profit. Check for changes to Top 20 shareholders in a couple of days. This is a normal part of the process with reconstructed startup companies, they have to get a transffer of shares from the initial capital stake holders to the general market and they want a return on their money. They have made money and transferring the opportunity (and risks) to others to make money as the company procedes.
