Most official investigation takes about 6 months but ISX business was about a year so may not take 6 months to complete. Having said that ISX made numerous announcements in the past years who can’t be blame for non disclosure but may be incomplete disclosure. If ASX decides to look into the past years’ ann then it could take a very long time. I am hoping ASX confine this investigation around the performance shares only.
Those past years ann were more about which merchant ISX signed up. I must admit i have downloaded those ann but not got a chance to look through them.
most of those ann are not concerning as there are about the building of ISX business model etc.
The delay i am hoping is due to negotiation going on behind the scene to release the suspension.
