the answer is not easy
I was wrong over years not selling at the tops which happened few times
Is this time different ?
It seems to me the answer is Yes for the reason:
1. Management took lion stakes in the game
2. In the past only the funding holder had large stake and management had no or very small stake
3. Funds were restricted as the funding holder avoided dilution
4. The present management engineered number of CRs regardless of dilution ensuring the company is well funded
5. Well informed investors took large stake above the current price
Therefore I will hold on again but...may be wrong again
