my guess (and it is just that) A&H are calling the shots re the timing of any potential action , they will have one shot to bag the elephant...they will want to make sure all the boxes are ticked before acting ......... they will not telegraph their punches.....they are certainly not going to broadcast their intentions to small fry like us....wait and see I guess
