Environmentalists AND Indigenous objections AND a far from positive WA govt response.
This is the problem in Australia and many Western countries now..nothing can progress because of various interest groups of one sort of another that just paralyse anything because of one reason of another. That is no judgement on the validity of their case , it just is.
Meanwhile China marches on to control everything whilst we navel gaze over "the potential harm caused"
The West has become like a Woody Allen character. Utterly paralysed by indecision and neurosis.
Sad. But inevitable.
