I'm a mania fan. My fascination with them first started years ago when the 1980 gold mania got underway and I couldn't believe the sheeple handing over their money.
There's been dozens since then - Enron, Bre-X, LTCM, the 1987 crash, Silver Thursday, the 2008 oil crash (which I very confidently predicted) and of course uranium in 2008 etc. etc., and I love to follow them to see how many sheep get shorn. There's no shortage of uranium and never has been, but prices are spiking vertically.....what's that mean to the trained mind?
Sprott's been mistaken before, he got a smashing in the gold market. I don't know if it's him personally making the decisions but the whizz kids often get it horribly wrong.
I still might have a dabble, but I can tell you for sure I'll be in and out in a flash.
