Or maybe Schedule 3.. in the 2022 Annual report they dropped the wording 'conducting medical trials' and said ' are preparing dossier'. In the 2023 Half yearly, they didn't mention anything about the S3 activities which is the first time they dropped it off a report since the down scheduling occurred.
The class 5 trademark is for a medicine, if it was for clinics, it, etc it would have been registered under more classes. Also I doubt they would be bringing out another S4 product as the market is saturated and revenue/margins are low.
