Just before the close of auction a buyer posted a buy for 176K at $1.15, which slightly exceeded the total of sellers at $1.15 and below.
Just after that another seller came on at $1.15 for 100K. He sold 19,874 and left the residual sell of 80,126 at $1.15.
My guess is the buyer who has been consuming the sellers at $1.10 all afternoon needed another 176K and was prepared to pay up to $1.15 for them.
