Hi Cardz,
Contacted company via website and was advised that the AGM was held yesterday and all 7 resolutions were passed including the approval of name change to 'Orion Metals Limited'.
I have asked that an announcement to the ASX should be made and he thinks!! it is a good idea and is about to call the company secretary. He was not forthcoming on how long before the new ASX code would be up and running. All very poor and tardy.
