I contacted QGM re this & for information here is there reply received today Mon 3/8/09:

My apologies for your concern, but at the AGM held on Thursday it was passed by the shareholders that the name of QGM be changed to Orion Metals Ltd and that there be the 4:1 consolidation of capital as set out in the Notice of Meeting. As a result the ASX has taken QGM off-market until registration of these changes has been completed. We expect to quoted by mid-week.
