Yeah, sarg, I have Heard things have taken off in Darwin town. I can't wait to visit again. I spent the best two years of my life there. Amazing place. My wife is hesitant to let me came back. She's aware i have my roots well planted there and is somewhat apprehensive. I will be back though.
My favourite place was yots in cullen bay. nearly bought an apartment just a few doors down for about 700k a about 9 years ago. I reckon that same apartment would be worth 4-5 mill now.
