No such thing as zero: either .001 or gone. So, people either offer to pay .001 or the sellers sit there hoping for it. Here's a share- Datamotion (ASX:DMN), that has no buyers at the lowest level, but lots of sellers. If there were buyers, you wouldn't see them because they just eat away at the .001 pile.
