    PA,

About $5.5m with everything taken into account (ie notes and options converted and existing shares).

HOWEVER, The options will not come into play at 0.001 as they all have strikes at higher levels, most in the range 0.015-0.018. Nor wil the notes play out as they convert at 0.01 with the stock at 0.001. Why would you convert $20m of your notes for $2m of shares?

To your 2nd question, regarding takeover; realistically, a small number of shareholders, and my guess is none of the top 20, are prepared to sell at 0.003, 0.004 or 0.005. And just because the price trades there does not mean you could mount a takeover at that price. I don't believe you could buy the company for anything under 0.01 and even then most of the 1.5b options would not be exercised. In my case, if someone was sniffing around, I wouldn't sell for a penny under 0.10. As writer correctly pointed out, the company has an NTA of 0.95 and, once fully diluted is still 0.35 ($2b). So selling at 0.10 is giving the company away at 30% of its value, and yes, it is "ideas" and they are valuable, just ask some other tech companies like Facebook, Google, Pfizer, Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Merck, CISCO, HP, McKesson, Roche....I could go on. To quote a great philosopher, Darryl Kerrigan, maybe I'm dreamin'...so far it does look like I am, but why would anyone take 0.005 right now (except the scummy day traders who have driven it here and bought 2%-5% at 0.004)?

Unfortunately for me, much of what I have said here, I said at 0.015, 0.012, 0.01, 0.008, 0.005 and now 0.003. I hope I am not saying it at 0.001.

Many posts on HC have raised the specifics of the deals in play, but the cash is still some way off. I have to believe that there are even more deals in the pipeline. Noteholders had the chance to wind the company up, and didn't. Clearly, Harmony, who is in control of the notes realises the potential or this dicusssion of potential would be a "what could have been" rather than a "what is".

If I had any spare cash right now, MST is where it would be going. I know it's hard when your buying decisions in the shares have not rewarded you to date, BUT it does appear we're VERY VERY CLOSE. And it seems like a few interests have driven the price well below its true value

To all those who believe the mantra "I have, I hold, I wait" and have the "mental toughness", let's see this one through.
