Everything that we have heard from TZ or from those "close to the company" is that Australian shareholders will be able to transfer to NASDAQ at 1:1. Prior to a shareholder meeting to approve the move to NASDAQ we expect that a prospectus will be issued sothat shareholders have a clear understanding of both TZ's future prospects, valuations, and the transfer process. The expectation is that once shareholders approve the move, CS as underwriters will stand in the market and offer to buy our shares ... how many they get will depend on what price they offer.
Of course as 55% is held by those who got TZ going in the first place and 30% by institutions ... these large stakeholders are not going to allow anything to happen that will dilute or reduce their holdings.
