Unfortunately, BJT will have to pay someone for the management rights - either BNB or their administrators. These rights are valuable. However, I agree with the earlier post that it strengthens BJT's hand - BNB must now be very keen sellers. Time is running out - the banks are keeping BNB on life support to extract as much value as possible.
Agree with an early thread that the sp jump after the units went ex-Divy was a surprise - gaining some 8 cents rather than dropping 4 cents. The 4c divy plus 8c capital gain gives a nice profit of 40%. I was hoping to buy more on the way down, but happy to hold.
