GIR can still keep trading but AGO will hold 80% of the company and be the majority shareholder so GIR wont have much say in the boardroom.Something to think about though is AGO will have more than double the number of shareholders and have not as yet paid a dividend so the first one will be divided by more than twice the number of shareholders .
