Thanks for the information! I had not accepted the offer nor sent the forms, mostly because I was P***** Off at the low price. Today was a bit of a bonus, I just sold my holding and made an additional 30 cents per share - still took a hit on UGL, but at least I got a bit more than if I had sent in my acceptance.
