Does Australia even care? They left Australia for a no tax environment. No skin off Aussie noses, we still have the deposit.
Japan? Plenty of sites near Fukushima where people would welcome low radiation industries, if Japan needs a LAMP I’m sure they could hustle something up in a few months by ignoring regulations “in the National Interest”.
