You forget that we are dealing with individuals who don't understand cause and effect. Yeo and Fuzzy are people who have to be hit in the face by consequences before they realise what they have done. Its a shame they are actually going to cripple the world's supply of NdPr etc. The malays have a saying about placing a flower in the hands of a monkey. No idea of what the value is.
