I thought I would start a new thread about ASX's request for an internal auditor to be sent into the ISX headquarters.
What happens if the independent continuous disclosure report comes back clean?
What would it mean for the ASX?
Damages?
Embarrassing but at the same time would it would mean a huge confidence loss in the ASX's ability?
This is a long shot, but licence impact?
This auditor would have interviewed & spent considerable time with all the BoD, Liz, etc. I for one think this is a huge pivotal point in this case if it does come out in ISX's favour.
