Sorry to create a new post as there is lot of talk about T/O in various posts. I never been to such situation so not sure how will that work?
1.) Is it possible?
2.) If happens, will it be mutual or hostile?
3.) Any example of T/O of small pharma like this?
4.) How much premium price the buying company usually pay on the top of current SP?
5.) Is it good for long term stock holder not not?
6.) If happens, what will happen to existing stock holder?
