If there were to be a takeover considered by management, my assumption is that it would need to be well into double figures.
Otherwise, why would you sell?
I can't now see us being short of capital, with full take up of the overhang at 30 cents per share being last resort.
There just appears to be too many shots on goal with a real prospect of success to be selling the farm on the cheap.
