    I think MSB is too small & has no capital to fund the massive potential of stem cell applications.

    so the shortest sequence for T/O scenario ( 1 to 3 years) as I see it as follows:

    1. Partnership with Big Pharma & accumulation of more shares
    2. Get one or two of FDA approval to get SI happy that he personally made the accomplishments (to satisfy his ego= very important)
    3. Get SI to resign as CEO and to sell some of his controlling shares.
    4. SI is hired as a consultant/ research advisor (don't forget MSB is still his baby)
    5. launch the T/O offer
