I thought they need 75 percent of shares to delist the company off **promotion blocked** and 90 percent of a company for a compulsory acquisition.
If they get the benefit of the tax losses, they really are getting this for a steal.
i still think shareholders should be open to making a Takeover Panel application. I also thought there was something the company did to stop Shenghe from making a takeover move for like 5 years.
